IMAM BUKHARI (RH) KA MASLAK:


Islam ek zinda aur mutahharik mazhab hai, wah har ek taabeer ki ijaazat deta hai jo uske usool aur asaasi taalimaat se juda na hon.

Ahnaaf, shafai, maaliki , hanabala aur Ahle hadith ye islaami taalimaat ke mukhtalif taabiraat hain, inke elaawah aur aimma they jinki taabiraat sunnat hi ke mahaul me thi, unke mazhab aaj bhi aimma e sunnat aur fuqaha e hadith ki kitaabon me maujood hain


fiqhi furu me jo bhi taabiraat in buzurgon ne ki hain aur jis qism ke qawaneen millat ko diye hain, islam aise zindah aur mutahharik mazhab me unke liye gunjaish maujood hai, in masail par ek dusre ki takfeer na'munaasib mushagla hai aur dimaaghi tawazin ki kharaabi ka asar ya phir usool adilah se jihaalat ka nateeja , albatta tarjeeh aur akhtiyaar ahle ilm ka farz hai,


MASLAK AHLE HADITH:



Maslak ahle hadith in tamam muslim jamaton me sabse zyadah wasi hai Jisme masla e deeniyah ki sabse zyadah maraa'at rakhi gayi hain, kitab wa sunnat ki maujoodagi me kisi khaas aadmi ke tareeqe e fiqr ka is maslak me nazar andaaz kar diya gaya hai,

har aalim ko, mujtahid ho ya ghair mujtahid, haq pahunchta hai ke wah kitab wa sunnat ko padhe aur samjhe, aimma e sunnat wa salaf ki roshni par chalte hue kitab wa sunnat par amal karne ki koshish kare



TAREEKH KI ROSHNI ME:



Jahan tak taareekh ka taalluk hai, tahreek ahle hadith mahaz furui masail aur fiqhi masalik tak hi mahdood nahin rahi, balke suffaat baari taala, jabr wa qadr, khurooj wa ta'shee aise munaza'aat me isne apne nazariyaat ko poore aitedaal se pesh kiya, jinhe aaj qubool karne k liye duniya taiyyar hi nahin be'qaraar hai,


usool diyaanat ke is istehkaam ke baad jis qadr wus'at aur zaroof wa ahwaal ki ri'aayat is maslak me hai, dusri jagah kaafi hadh tak naa'paid hai, isliye mujhe arz karne ki ijaazat Dijiye ke maslak ahle hadith islaami taalimaat ki sahih tareen taabeer hai aur tahreek ahle hadith ke daeeyon ne har daur me jis ahtiyaat se apne faraiz ko sar'anzaam diya hai, dushman bhi ise saraahne par majboor hain,

fatawon me jis qadr aitedaal aimma e hadith ne qayem rakha, uski misaaal kisi dusri jagah milna mushkil hai, yahi wah khoobiyan hain jiski bina par main maslak ahle hadith ko tarjeeh deta hoon aur poore adab ke saath hindustan wa pakistan wa tamam deegar mulk ke ahle hadith ahbaab khususan nau'jawaan ulema se isteda karta hoon ke wah apne mauqaf ko pahchaane, apne maazi ki taareekh aur apne buzurgon ko duniya ke saamne ujaagar karne ki koshish karen


AAJ KI ZAROORAT:


Harbi paabandion se duniya tang aa chuki hai, islaami wus'aten aapki muntazar hain, jamood wa taqleed ki zulmatein aapse roshni ki aarzu'mand hain, yaani aaj aapki isse kahin zyaada zarurat hai jitni ke chand saal pahle Apki zarurat thi, usi sunnat ki shama ko haath me lekar ek ijtemaayi tahreek ki haisiyat ke kaam kijiye, nayi aur puraani tahreeqaat me  usool ke taqaazon ke mutaabik ta'aawun kijiye, magar khuda ke liye gada'giri chhod dijiye, ehsaas kamtari is daur me phatakne na paaye, pahle apne maslak ko samjhiye, apne mazi aur aslaaf ke masaai aur kaarnaamon par ghaur kijiye aur mukhtalif rafqa ko hamraah lekar paabar'qaab ho jaayen, Allah aapka haami aur naasir hai

tahreek ahle hadithon ke daeeyon ne siraf fiqhi giroh bandion hi me aitedaal nahin paida kiya aur na aitzaal balke apne waqt ki siyaasiyaat par kadi nigraani ki siyaaseen se agar ladne ka mauka aaya toh poori jurraat aur bejigri se lade aur jab wah seedhe ho gaye toh poori diyaanat daari se unka taa'awun kiya

aur is saari kashmakash me koi zaati maqsad pesh nazar nahin aaya


MUQADDAS KAAFILA SAALAAR:



Is muqaddas tahreek ke daee aur kaafila Salaar imam muhammad bin ismael bukhari (rh) hain, jinki maaya'naaz tasneef " sahih bukhari" is waqt hamare pesh e nazar hai, yahi ek paakeezah nosha hai, jisse hamen hz imam bukhari (rh) ke maslak ka pata chalta hai, isse zaahir hoga ke maslak ahle hadith ki milli islehaat ka daaman kahan tak wasi hai, imaan , ibaadat , mu'aamlaat, mu'aasiyaat. Akhlaaq, muhaarbaat. Bain al aqwaami taalluqaat, bidat se ijtenaab kis qadr ham goshe iski pahnaayi me aa gaye hain

yahi program hai jise takmeel tak pahunchaana aaj bhi har jamaat ka farz hai aur aise maqsad me inki takmeel hi islam ke maqaasid hain aur yahi tahreek ahle hadith ka mauqaf hai


KITAB UL ILM


Is zaman me imam bukhari (rh) ne 50 ke qareeb zaili abwaab munaqid farmaaye hain



unme baaz aham ilmi masail ka tazkirah farmaaya hai, ilm ki zarurat wa bartari farmate hue hz umar (ra) ka Irshaad zikr farmaaya

"sayadat aur bartari tak pahunchne se pahle ilm seekho"


(sahih bukhari kitabul ilm)


jis ka maqsood ye tha ke baaz auqaat sayadat aur buzurgi ilm se maane hoti hai isliye ise mana nahin hona chahiye


magar zaahir al alfaz se zehan is taraf bhi muntaqal ho sakta tha ke shayad hz umar (ra) ki raaye ye ho ke bachpan ki umar hi ilm ke liye munaasib aur mauzu hai

imam bukhari ne

"aur buzurgi ke baad bhi ilm seekho"

kah kar hz umar (ra) ke mansha ko bhi waazeh farmaaya ke asal mansha ye hai ke insaan bachpan se budhaape tak ilm me mashghool rahe, nez farmaya

" sahaba ne badi umar me ilm seekha"


ilm ki zarurat, ilm ki khoobi aur iska shauq in irshaadaat se zaahir hai, yahi aisi nemat hai jisme resh aur ghabtah ki ijaazat farmayi gayi hai yani kisi shakhs par koi nemat dekh kar ye khwaahish karna ke mujhe bhi us jaisi nemat haasil hi jaaye aur dusre shakhs par bhi ye nemat baaqi Rahe....


KITAABAT:



Baaz kam faham hazraat ne ek masla is andaaz se phailaaya jiska maqsad ilm dushmani ke siwa kuch na tha,


nabi e akram salllaho alaihi wasallam ne sahaba ko kisi waqt mana farmaya tha ke wah Quraan ke aur nabi e akram salllaho alaihi wasallam ke irshaadaat ko ikattha na likha karen

(majmua al zawaid jild 1 pg 180, imam haythmi is hadith ko zikr karne ke baad farmate hain isme  abdur rahman bin zaid bin aslam raawi zaeef hai)


riwayat bil maane ke taur par baaz alfaaz se kitaabat hadith ke mutaallik nahin zaahir hoti thi, lekin ahle hadith ne us nahin ko waqti samjha aur bil'aakhir is par ijma ho gaya ke jis tarah Quraan majeed likhna durust hai, hadith likhna bhi durust hai


NOTE: jin hadith wa asaar me kitabat hadith ki mumaniyat ka zikr hai, unka maana haafiz khateeb baghdadi aur deegar muhaddiseen ne yahi bayan kiya hai ke  quraan majeed aur hadith ko ikattha  Na likha Jaaye, kyonke ibteda e wahi me altabaas wa akhtalaat ka khadsha tha

aaj sadiyon baad munkireen e hadith ne in riwaayaat ko is tarah phailaaya ke hadith likhna mamnu hai,

hadith ke jo dafaatar is waqt jo maujood hain ye nabi e akram salllaho alaihi wasallam ke mansha ke khilaaf hain


imam bukhaari (rh) ne is aane waale fitne ka sad e bab pahle hi kar diya aur kitabat e ilm aur manaawlah ke abwaab munaqid farmaaye
